Common Questions

Why can’t I unlock premium after payment?

iOS App Store / Google Play Store: Premium unlocks automatically after you complete the in-app purchase (IAP). If it doesn’t update right away, try restarting the app or using the “Restore Purchases” option (if available).

If the store shows you were charged but premium still isn’t unlocked, the issue must be resolved directly with the store:

Apple App Store: Visit Apple Support → Billing & Subscriptions
Google Play: Visit Google Play Help → Subscriptions & Payments

Since all payments are handled by Apple and Google, we can't modify, verify, or manually activate premium on their behalf.

Can I use TallyFox offline?

Premium users have full offline access. Free users need an internet connection to use TallyFox.

What happens if I delete the app?

Premium users with Google Drive backup enabled have their data saved automatically. Free users can manually back up their data using the Upload To Google Drive button in app settings.

To restore your data, open the app and go to Settings → Restore From Google Drive. Any local data not backed up will be lost.

How do I cancel my subscription?

App Store (iOS): Open the Settings app, tap your name → Subscriptions, select TallyFox Premium, and choose Cancel Subscription.

Google Play Store (Android): Open the Google Play Store app, tap your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, select TallyFox Premium, and tap Cancel Subscription.

Do you offer refunds?

All purchases are final. We do not provide refunds, so please review your order carefully before completing a purchase.
